About me
Hi! I am Kim, originally from the Netherlands and currently living in Portugal. My journey into the world of physical well-being started in my younger years playing football and tennis. Due to a number of recurring injuries and their treatment, I discovered that physiotherapy is a good way to manage and heal physical pain. This experience fueled my passion to help others live a pain-free and active life. So I started studying physiotherapy.
After completing my studies and working in first-line physiotherapy practices, I decided to broaden my horizons by traveling. Through my solo travels, I came to realize how important mental well-being is and how much it is connected to your physical health. As a result, after my travels I started to investigate how I can improve the connection between body and mind. By following a few breathing sessions, I was introduced to the transformative effect of breathwork and its profound healing potential. After the first session only, I was amazed by the power of breath to transform both body and mind. I knew right away that this was an area I wanted to explore further and share with others.
In the following months, I deepened my knowledge by completing courses in breath coaching and trauma-release breathwork. This way I combined my background in physiotherapy with a holistic approach to well-being. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people breathe easy, move freely, and live balanced—offering something truly transformative for people’s physical and mental health.
